In my view, a nice vacation is indispensable for personal well-being. I have already tried many things when it comes to a successful vacation, and unfortunately I have to admit that I was never quite satisfied. The following aspects made me particularly unhappy:

  • too many people in a tight space
  • too many rules
  • simply far too little individual freedom

These points relate mainly to my stays in hotels and guesthouses. I always found it somehow extremely oppressive and I simply couldn't relax properly. A vacation on a yacht is therefore a much better and more sensible option for me. There are also many different ways to enjoy a vacation on a yacht to the fullest. Basically, you have to consider whether you would rather buy or rent a yacht. Given my financial situation, I would preferably go for the first option.

For a beautiful vacation like this, Italy is definitely my favorite destination, because everything simply works here. It is the many nice people and above all the gorgeous blue sea that enchants me day after day. On top of that, you can simply eat insanely well in Italy. All in all, the result is a perfect vacation. I find this independence and boundless freedom simply fantastic. You are not tied to fixed times, as you would be in a hotel. You also simply have much more space and aren't limited to a few square meters. What I particularly like about this kind of vacation is that you don't constantly have to look at the clock. I always did that in hotels when it came to breakfast. Often I almost missed it, too.

I mentioned that Italy is my favorite destination for a vacation like this. However, I also like Croatia a lot. Here, too, it is the beautiful blue sea that impresses me enormously. In Croatia, too, people are incredibly friendly and helpful. So a bad mood never sets in quickly. Plenty of young people also keep coming together here for spontaneous, wild parties. That is really great and a lot of fun. So if you're not just looking for relaxation on your vacation but also want to really experience something, Croatia is definitely a great place to be. The prices are right here, too. Unlike in many other countries in southern Europe, you can still afford many things here. Food, for example, is absolutely affordable here, and I love having breakfast at one of the many restaurants.
